Instructions for filling out the Rental Application:

 

- Click on the above Rental Application.pdf link.

- With the .pdf open, type information into each field. 

- Either use your mouse or TAB to proceed 

to the next field.

-  Be sure to fill in the information on the upper right corner - What property address

are you applying? Fill out the form in its entirety. Please include you email!

- You can save the filled out form to your computer, attach it in the email and 

email it (email / initials constitute an authorization). OR, you can print the filled

out form, sign it, date it and fax it to 623-594-3699.

 

By initialing the bottom of the application, you are authorizing Erb Realty to pull your credit report.
